Graduate Tech Sourcer (Fintech)

Location: London, UK; hybrid with 3 days a week in the office

What you will do

• Support targeted sourcing strategies for engineering, data science, AI, and credit risk roles.
• Research active and passive candidates using sourcing tools and platforms.
• Write personalised outreach messages and support candidate engagement.
• Build and maintain structured talent pipelines in Ashby.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify relevant candidate pools.
• Track sourcing activity, analyse pipeline health, and improve sourcing processes.

Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, research, internships, placements, or a similar role.
• Strong research skills, attention to detail, and an organised approach to managing multiple searches.
• Genuine interest in technology and curiosity about technical roles and skills.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with data, learn proactively, and collaborate with Talent Partners and hiring managers.
• Ability to work from the London office 3 days per week in a hybrid setup.

Nice to have

• Previous exposure to LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, GitHub, or other sourcing and recruitment tools.
