Customer Experience Specialist - Intern

Location: Storm Lake, Harlan, Hiawatha, or Perry, Iowa, US; travel to Omaha, Nebraska is required three times during the 12-week summer internship.

Salary: $20 per hour; qualified interns also receive a $500 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver customer education experiences and events.
• Improve customer education programs in alignment with the education roadmap.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create materials for external audiences.
• Coordinate logistics for assigned customer education events.
• Support evaluation and feedback strategies by observing program facilitation.
• Assist initiatives supporting young, beginning, and small agricultural producers.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Availability for a 12-week summer internship.
• Availability to travel to Omaha, Nebraska three times during the internship.
