Licensed Customer Success Associate

Location: Honolulu, HI, United States; onsite

Salary: $29.81 per hour, plus a monthly 15% bonus target.

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact and advocate for customers through phone, chat, and email.
• Handle customer inquiries, process applications, and educate customers about hirify.global products.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and gather customer insights for product and process improvements.
• Conduct video notary sessions and coordinate follow-ups with multiple vendors.
• Participate in training and licensing programs while contributing to the onsite office environment.

Requirements

• BA/BS from an accredited university preferred, with at least one year of customer-facing experience.
• An active Hawaii Mortgage Loan Originator license within the last five years is preferred.
• Ability to obtain Hawaii MLO licensing within 60 days of hire is required.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and technology-navigation skills.
• Successful completion of compliance and security awareness training and adherence to data-handling policies.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
