What you will do

• Own the architecture strategy, technical roadmap, integration framework, and modernization initiatives for Oracle Simphony.
• Design and deploy Simphony POS, inventory management, menu management, loyalty, digital commerce, and back-of-house capabilities.
• Lead architecture decisions involving Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Retail, data platforms, cloud services, APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations.
• Establish architectural standards, governance models, reusable patterns, and implementation best practices.
• Lead global rollouts, platform migrations, transformation programs, architecture reviews, solution workshops, and production-readiness activities.
• Mentor architects, consultants, engineers, and technical leaders while supporting executive communications, strategic planning, and pre-sales engagements.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in Oracle Simphony and restaurant technology ecosystems.
• Experience with enterprise solution architecture, large-scale integrations, cloud services, and modernization programs.
• Strong understanding of Simphony POS, inventory, menu management, loyalty, digital ordering, and back-of-house capabilities.
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Retail, data platforms, APIs, and middleware.
• Executive stakeholder management, business acumen, governance leadership, and large-scale program delivery experience.
• Ability to work from one of the listed United States locations.
