Deviations Specialist

What you will do

• Prepare and ensure accurate deviation load requests for distributors.
• Address questions and concerns related to contract alignment and pricing details.
• Collaborate across departments to verify that information is loaded internally.
• Work with contract providers to obtain program updates.
• Coordinate with distributors to provide the information needed to implement member contract pricing.
• Support brands with contract inquiries and facilitate communication with distributors.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage a caseload, delegate when needed, and maintain close attention to detail.
