Procurement Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Riga, Latvia

Base salary: €20,000–€30,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day Purchase to Pay workflows, including supplier onboarding, scheduling, record keeping, and procurement administration.
• Provide Coupa process and system support, user training, demonstrations, and Quick Start Guides.
• Work with internal stakeholders, suppliers, procurement users, third-party vendors, and Accounts Payable to improve user effectiveness and service quality.
• Prepare monthly reporting and management information on global Procurement P2P performance.
• Support change management for new countries, users, initiatives, process updates, and templates.
• Resolve procurement and contract-related queries and identify opportunities to improve procedures and processes.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of work experience; new graduates and early-career candidates are welcome.
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in learning and developing professionally.
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and support new ways of working.
• Results-focused approach with consistent adherence to company policies and procurement rules.
