Staff Pharmacist (Pharmacy)

Location: Artesia, New Mexico, United States; onsite at the hirify.global Supercenter pharmacy.

Salary: $98,000–$172,000 annually for a 40-hour-per-week schedule, prorated for different schedules. Additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses and a $40,000 sign-on bonus are offered.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care and accurately process and dispense prescription orders.
• Counsel customers on healthcare and prescription medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and other hirify.global pharmacy programs.
• Follow company policies, procedures, HIPAA, PHI, and other regulatory requirements.
• Model effective customer service and guide pharmacy staff.
• Participate in community outreach and health-related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to provide pharmaceutical care, implement best practices, and address varied patient needs.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance, including HIPAA and PHI guidelines.
