Supply Officer (Contract)

Location: On-site in the Atlanta area, based in Peachtree City, Georgia, United States. Must be a US Person under ITAR requirements, such as a U.S. citizen, green card holder, or person covered under an existing ITAR license.

Airbus and Satair provide aircraft spare-parts distribution, supply management, customer order fulfillment, and support services.

What you will do

• Create purchase orders in line with demand and follow up on supplier confirmations, shipments, and goods in transit.
• Ensure purchase-order data accuracy, including prices, quantities, and required certificates.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders and participate in supplier business reviews.
• Keep customer order fulfillment, planning, suppliers, and other stakeholders informed about progress and changes.
• Maintain relevant information and changes in SAP and other information tools.
• Resolve supplier discrepancies and quality issues through cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in supply management and purchasing operations.
• Undergraduate degree in business administration or a similar field is highly preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Must be a US Person under the ITAR definition.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds intermittently and perform standing, sitting, pushing, pulling, squatting, and kneeling as required.
