Procurement Coordinator, Indirect (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Place purchase orders and manage open orders.
• Support supplier onboarding, performance monitoring, compliance verification, and relationship management.
• Coordinate supplier communications, contract follow-ups, and supply chain issue resolution.
• Track supplier due diligence and documentation to support audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Manage data entry, data migration, supplier issue tickets, RMA processing, and billing or accounts payable discrepancies.
• Handle day-to-day operational procurement so the team can focus on negotiations and procurement strategy.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of procurement experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail.
• Problem-solving ability, prioritization skills, and capacity to manage several projects in a high-stress environment.
• Ability to travel when needed and willingness to work overtime or weekends for critical mission milestones.
• Must meet U.S. export control requirements as a U.S. person or be eligible for deemed export licensing.
• A U.S. person may be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or qualifying asylee or refugee.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
