Business Intern (Clean Energy)

Location: Fargo, North Dakota; in-person commuting required under the hybrid work policy

Salary: $18.20–$24.50 per hour

What you will do

• Support the hirify.global Fargo Service Center and downtown Fargo operations.
• Assist economic and community development leaders with downtown growth initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder outreach and support community impact activities.
• Help advance clean energy initiatives and educational outreach development.
• Support program and outreach development through practical operations experience.

Requirements

• Current junior student enrolled in an accredited college or university
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science.
• Able to commute to the designated Fargo work location and work in person under the hybrid policy.
• Able to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer and up to 20 hours per week during the school year.
• Strong organizational, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with diverse audiences and community stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Office skills.
• Database development experience.
• External communications experience.
