Sustainability Co-Op

Location: Billerica, Massachusetts, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Salary: $20–$30 per hour, depending on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Research, identify, and implement sustainability projects that support organizational sustainability goals.
• Learn about hirify.global and manufacturing processes across company sites.
• Connect with colleagues to understand problem statements and implement effective solutions.
• Support carbon footprint analysis for products.
• Assist with customer sustainability surveys and review energy and sustainability data for accuracy and reliability.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student with at least one year of undergraduate college experience.
• Available to work 40 hours per week from January through June 2027.
• Must be familiar with university requirements for participating in a co-op program.
• Studying environmental science or engineering, chemistry, chemical or mechanical engineering, materials science, or a related science or engineering field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good computer skills, and the ability to learn new software systems.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks, take initiative, and develop new skills.
