What you will do

• Monitor profit, sales, performance goals, and store financial reporting.
• Oversee eyeglass department efficiency, quality standards, remakes, and compliance with operational policies.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure associates meet service standards.
• Supervise, motivate, and coach Opticians, contact lens sales associates, and, where applicable, receptionists.
• Coordinate promotions, advertising, visual merchandising, and communication with store, district, and corporate leadership.
• Support staffing forecasts, recruiting, selection, and retention alongside the General Manager.

Requirements

• Optical sales experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, and build effective associate relationships.
• Understanding of store operations and performance standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze, create, and understand financial reports.
• Specific licenses or credentials may be required depending on state law and location.
