Senior Instock Manager (Supply Chain)

Salary: $129,500–$207,000 per year, plus potential equity grant and annual bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop forecasting methodologies, demand plans, inventory plans, and purchasing strategies.
• Improve supplier performance, including lead times, fill rates, and on-time delivery.
• Partner with technology and product teams to improve systems, tools, and processes.
• Lead large cross-functional projects, working groups, and written planning documents.
• Analyze large datasets to identify actionable insights for the broader Instock organization.
• Design and institutionalize scalable supply chain best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant Supply Chain experience or an advanced degree in a related field.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including statistical modeling experience.
• Experience with purchasing, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and SQL.
• Demonstrated ownership and delivery of results in a data-driven environment.

Nice to have

• E-commerce experience.
• Experience with Tableau, R, Python, or KNIME.
• Traditional project management experience.
• Lean or Six Sigma experience.
