What you will do
- Support maintenance operations by ensuring parts availability and assisting with parts organization and inventory.
- Maintain fleet inventory, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance records.
- Enter fleet information into the computerized fleet management system daily.
- Coordinate with vendors, process purchase orders and transactions in ePro, and support invoice payment.
- Prepare productivity and usage reports and reconcile Dossier financial data with the Lawson general ledger.
- Analyze fleet operations data, identify trends and errors, and support the Fleet Manager with corrective actions.
Requirements
- One year of general office experience or equivalent training.
- Related experience in the maintenance or trucking industry.
- Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
