Salesforce Data Analyst

What you will do

• Manage incoming data, report, and dashboard requests through the internal support queue and resolve them within SLA timeframes.
• Maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud data through auditing, cleansing, deduplication, enrichment, and automated validation.
• Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and Tableau or Power BI analytics dashboards.
• Translate business requirements into KPIs, analytical frameworks, and visual metrics for revenue, sales, marketing, and executive teams.
• Partner with Salesforce administrators and developers on data schemas, object relationships, integrations, migrations, and third-party applications.
• Document data definitions and procedures, provide dashboard training, and recommend workflow improvements based on data analysis.

Requirements

• Must work in a hybrid arrangement in Radnor, Pennsylvania.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Revenue Operations Analyst, or Business Analyst with a strong Salesforce focus.
• Advanced Salesforce reporting, standard and custom objects, SOQL/SOSL, Data Loader, and Workbench experience.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills and proficiency with Tableau or Power BI.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and macros/VBA.
• Ability to turn CRM data into actionable insights and executive-level narratives.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Data Architecture & Management Designer certification.
• Experience with ETL tools, data warehouses, or Data Cloud/360.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum environments.
