Content Marketing Manager (Dance Education)

Salary: $56,000–$71,400 per year

What you will do

• Develop creative briefs for email, social, video, and web campaigns.
• Write marketing copy for email campaigns, websites, and social media.
• Support social media strategies and publish content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Coordinate photoshoots, student interviews, and other content production initiatives.
• Engage with social media communities through comments, direct messages, and tagged content.
• Track and report social media and campaign performance metrics.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or a related field.
• Experience in the dance industry or with a dance-related organization.
• Strong writing, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and ClickUp.
• Ability to work proactively and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
