What you will do
- Manage daily publishing for pop-culture and girly meme-focused social media pages.
- Develop content calendars based on internet trends, cultural moments, celebrity content, relationship memes, film quotes, and evolving meme formats.
- Create and curate emotionally resonant, shareable content for female-skewing and pop-culture audiences.
- Integrate music releases into social-first content through captions, storytelling, and visual formats.
- Monitor engagement, reach, and follower growth while testing formats, captions, posting times, and creative approaches.
- Engage with followers and share performance insights with the broader team.
Requirements
- Prior experience managing or assisting with social media accounts, including internships, freelance work, personal pages, theme pages, organizations, or brands.
- Strong understanding of pop culture, girly meme content, and meme-driven internet behavior.
- Ability to create emotionally resonant content that performs across social platforms.
- Comfort using Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Interest in music, entertainment, and social storytelling.
