Authorization Representative I - BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy (Specialty Pharmacy)

Location: Denver, Colorado; hybrid schedule with 1–2 in-office days per week. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of an hirify.global office.

Salary: $16.50–$27.23 per hour.

What you will do

• Enter drug re-authorizations into insurance portals.
• Complete and submit re-authorization forms to the appropriate health plans.
• Maintain accurate logs of submitted re-authorizations.
• Follow up with insurance companies and physician offices by phone, email, and spreadsheets.
• Track patient approval and denial status.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience processing pharmacy prior authorizations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement and commute to the Denver office 1–2 days per week.
