Manager, Business Intelligence (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $102,900–$190,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead the BICOE enablement team and strengthen the analyst community as it adopts AI-enabled analytics.
• Manage the creation of enterprise data assets, including reports, visualizations, dashboards, metrics, and data extracts.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify requirements, prioritize work, and deliver scalable, reliable BI and analytical solutions.
• Manage data solutions across the full software and solution development life cycle.
• Guide technical and business teams through transformation, governance, adoption, and organizational change initiatives.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and evaluate team members while managing department operations, budgets, and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of related experience, or equivalent applicable experience.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Experience with one or more of Power BI onboarding and governance, Snowflake analytics environments, advanced SQL, enterprise reporting, or BI strategy.
• Experience with large-scale BI or analytics platform migrations, data catalog and metadata platforms, or healthcare analytics environments.
• Strong organizational influence, prioritization, executive communication, presentation, conflict management, and people leadership skills.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
