Manager, Business Intelligence - Customer Success (Power BI)

Location: California, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Base pay range: $136,200–$199,760 per year for California, excluding the San Francisco Bay Area.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, templates, and data views.
• Combine financial, sales, customer activity, and operational metrics to support Customer Success decisions.
• Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets using Power Query, PowerPivot, DAX, VBA, Macros, and SQL.
• Partner with Data Engineering and other data teams to automate pipelines and integrate CRM, Finance, Customer Success, and warehouse data.
• Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts across time zones, providing technical direction and prioritization.
• Present actionable insights to senior leadership and support analysis of customer performance, risks, retention, and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business intelligence and data visualization, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Deep Power BI expertise, including dashboard development and analytical solution architecture.
• Strong Excel experience with PivotTables, Power Query, DAX, Macros, and VBA, plus proficiency in SQL.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data models and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Experience delivering BI initiatives end to end, managing multiple initiatives, and working with senior business stakeholders.
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing BI analysts.
• Familiarity with Python, AI technologies, ETL, data warehousing, and data pipeline automation.
• Experience with Jira and Git.
