Events & Special Projects Manager (Fashion)

Location: New York, NY, United States

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end planning, development, and execution of high-impact global and domestic events.
• Manage production logistics with the Global Events Senior Director and regional teams.
• Source, negotiate with, and manage external vendors and production partners while maintaining timelines, budgets, and brand standards.
• Develop retail activations that drive customer engagement, acquisition, and sales in collaboration with Retail Marketing.
• Maintain event calendars, budgets, guest lists, run-of-shows, contracts, documentation, reporting, and event warehouse inventory.
• Oversee US store-led events and mentor the PR & Events Assistant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Events, Marketing, or Communications within the fashion or media industry.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills.
• Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
