Field Implementation Coach (Marketing Technology)

Location: Remote from home, with required residence in or within 30 minutes or 30 miles of Greenville, North Carolina within six months of starting. The territory covers Eastern Wake County, the Outer Banks, Goldsboro, and additional counties including Pitt, Beaufort, Martin, Edgecombe, Wilson, Lenoir, and Craven. Occasional overnight travel and face-to-face agent interactions are required. Applicants must be eligible to work lawfully in the United States immediately; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $80,600–$95,000 per year, with potential yearly incentive pay of up to 10% of base salary.

What you will do

• Coach independent hirify.global agents and their teams on adopting marketing and technology processes.
• Use digital tactics and tools to improve agent capabilities, workflows, and customer experience.
• Execute activations and technology deployments with sales leaders, market-area leadership, and other stakeholders.
• Identify process gaps, recommend targeted implementation tactics, and drive measurable adoption outcomes.
• Provide consulting and support through face-to-face, video, computer, and phone interactions.
• Partner with field leaders to advance enterprise initiatives and market-area priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher-level education is desired.
• Understanding of insurance, agency operations, business practices, marketing systems, digital marketing, and product lines.
• Ability to learn web and non-web programs and drive adoption of new systems and processes.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data and reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, OneNote, Excel, and Word.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, initiative, collaboration, coaching, and influence skills.

Nice to have

• Agency experience supporting sales and office processes across multiple product lines.
• Experience leading strategic conversations, identifying process gaps, and recommending adoption tactics.
• Technical expertise with ECRM (Salesforce), Agency Hub, Good Neighbor Connect, Drive Safe & Save, or similar platforms.
