Prepress and Digital Print Supervisor

Location: Cudahy, Wisconsin, United States; onsite plant-based role with availability across multiple shifts, including nights

Salary: USD 68,500–106,900 per year

What you will do

• Plan, lead, and coordinate digital press production and prepress operations.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, quality, productivity, scheduling, and employee relations standards across shifts.
• Manage the prepress process and team in partnership with digital and offset print areas, without direct assignment to offset print.
• Coordinate staffing and production schedules to meet quality and delivery requirements.
• Develop training materials and mentor employees to support continual skill growth.
• Maintain production records and promote continual improvement through the Total Quality Program.

Requirements

• Availability and willingness to cover and remain accessible across multiple shifts, including nights.
• At least 10 years of experience in a printing environment, including large-format print, digital print, and prepress processes.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or lead function.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, team-building, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to teach and mentor employees.
• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree in an applicable field is preferred.
