What you will do

• Manage daily liquidity, prepare funding forecasts, and recommend capital activity and leverage facility actions.
• Analyze portfolio returns, performance attribution, investment pacing, concentration limits, and investable capital.
• Support portfolio allocations, deal execution, deal closings, harvesting activities, fund launches, and investment rebalancing.
• Manage fund structures, capital calls, cash distributions, investor reporting, and regulatory performance reporting.
• Partner with investment, capital markets, engineering, investor relations, legal, compliance, tax, accounting, and operational teams.
• Prepare management presentations, respond to regulatory inquiries, support ad hoc analyses, and advance related technology initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in financial services.
• Strong analytical orientation and financial acumen, including the ability to prepare cash flows and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently in a small team.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, results-driven environment.
