What you will do

• Build and strengthen relationships with sponsors, fund managers, and internal coverage teams.
• Advise clients on tailored private equity capital call and subscription finance solutions.
• Evaluate credit, structural, and economic risks for subscription line facilities.
• Conduct diligence on fund sponsors, investment strategies, LP bases, PPMs, and LPAs across buyout, growth, real estate, infrastructure, and credit funds.
• Lead structuring discussions and negotiate indicative term sheets and credit agreement provisions with borrowers and legal counsel.
• Prepare credit approval materials and monitor risk ratings, covenant compliance, collateral performance, and borrowing base dynamics.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in underwriting or structuring fund finance products, or related credit roles.
• Advanced financial modeling and financial analysis skills.
• Deep understanding of fund structures and LP-backed underwriting frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
• SIE, Series 7, Series 63, and Series 79 licenses required, or must be obtained within four months of joining.
