HR Trainee Program (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Rotate through recruitment, talent acquisition, employer branding, onboarding, HR administration, and employee lifecycle management.
• Support candidate communication, interview coordination, and progressively take ownership of interviews.
• Contribute to learning and development, training coordination, and talent management initiatives.
• Support organizational development, employee engagement, process optimization, and cross-functional HR projects.
• Assist with HR reporting, data analysis, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Law, or a related field.
• Recent graduates and candidates at the beginning of their professional career are welcome.
• Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interest in HR processes, an analytical mindset, willingness to learn, and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good knowledge of English, German, and Italian.

Nice to have

• Previous internship, working student experience, or academic projects in Human Resources.
