What you will do

• Lead purchase requisition and purchase order approvals to ensure compliance with budgets.
• Manage the central management reserve budget, reviewing and analyzing requests.
• Maintain the finance calendar and improve cross-team coordination through automation.
• Build and distribute monthly budget-to-actual dashboards and perform detailed variance analyses.
• Support annual and interim budgeting, financial reporting, presentations, and business reviews.
• Document processes and identify opportunities to improve controls, reporting, and planning workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, data manipulation, INDEX/MATCH, and VLOOKUP.
• Knowledge of full-cycle accounting and cost accounting.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud, ERP systems, financial reporting, PowerPoint, and presentation preparation.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, confidentiality, accuracy, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of government contracts.
