Technical Project Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States. On-site role with travel to project sites approximately 10% of the time.

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 per year plus bonus and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Spark modular data center deployments, from powered land approval through customer-ready compute clusters.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, and critical paths to meet deployment targets.
• Coordinate site design, permitting, procurement, utility interconnection, construction, networking, and power readiness.
• Orchestrate collaboration across real estate, finance, manufacturing planning, cloud product, procurement, construction, and the Spark business unit.
• Manage third-party contractors and suppliers, identify bottlenecks, and develop mitigation plans to keep projects on schedule.
• Contribute to the Spark Deployment Playbook, document lessons learned, and improve deployment processes.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience managing complex, capital-intensive infrastructure design and construction projects.
• Experience with data centers, energy, or advanced manufacturing projects, preferably with distributed generation or repeatable multi-site deployments.
• Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $100 million.
• Strong command of scheduling software, critical-path management, risk mitigation, and project controls.
• Technical breadth across electrical, mechanical, civil, cloud, and network engineering, including the ability to evaluate trade-offs and surface risks.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; PMP or CAPM certification is preferred.
