Senior Clinical Programs Pharmacist

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $115,200–$158,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Integrate prescription-drug programs focused on improving overall health outcomes.
• Oversee medication therapy, comprehensive medication reviews, and prescription drug optimization for patients taking multiple medications.
• Conduct outbound calls to confirm medication adherence and provide patient counseling and Rx education.
• Drive targeted quarterly health-awareness campaigns.
• Influence department strategy and independently determine technical approaches for moderately complex to complex project components.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
• Active pharmacist license in the state or states where practice is required.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Must maintain a dedicated home workspace that protects member PHI and HIPAA information, with wired cable or DSL internet providing at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload; satellite and wireless internet are not allowed.

Nice to have

• Pharmacy benefits management, Commercial, Medicare, or Medicaid experience.
• Three or more years of clinical experience in managed care.
