Business Process Analyst

Location: Piracicaba, São Paulo, Brazil; on-site five days a week

What you will do

• Support financial planning, annual budgets, multi-year forecasts, quarterly forecast cycles, and variance analysis for the Network Services End Of Life program.
• Coordinate funding approvals, investment requests, spend folders, and Request For Investments.
• Create, track, and reconcile purchase orders and procurement commitments in enterprise purchasing systems.
• Validate invoices against contracts, purchase orders, and delivered services, resolving discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Track financial performance across infrastructure projects and prepare reports and presentations for leadership reviews.
• Maintain audit documentation and ensure compliance with financial controls and procurement policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Pre-Advanced English.
• Experience in financial analysis, business analysis, budget management, procurement operations, project financial management, and financial planning or forecasting.
• Experience with purchase orders, invoice processing, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Availability to work on-site five days a week in Piracicaba, São Paulo, Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting IT infrastructure or technology programs.
• Experience with SAP, Coupa, or other enterprise financial and procurement systems.
• Knowledge of capital investment planning, project funding processes, and project lifecycle management.
• Experience with executive-level financial reporting, vendor relationships, and large-scale procurement initiatives.
• Experience working in global and cross-functional environments.
