National Account Manager, Employee Benefits (Financial Services)

Salary: $88,470–$110,590 USD annual base salary, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day service needs and ongoing account management for an assigned national client block.
• Support National Account Executives with service matters and create a consistent client experience.
• Build relationships with clients and brokers across multiple organizational levels.
• Identify improvement opportunities through account-block analysis and develop detailed action plans.
• Educate clients and review products and systems to address high-needs situations.
• Participate in finalist and stewardship presentations, delivering content that supports the client value proposition.

Requirements

• Experience with account management, client service, or a related financial services environment.
• Ability to work with high-profile clients and respond to requests promptly and effectively.
• Strong organization, critical thinking, responsiveness, and problem-solving skills in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to communicate professionally and confidently across all organizational levels.
