Microsoft D365 Developer Manager (Dynamics 365)

Location: Hybrid role based in Denver, with additional locations in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Miami, and Philadelphia; work may include local or out-of-state travel to client sites.

Salary: $125,000–$200,000 annually, plus a 12% bonus target; estimated total cash compensation is $140,000–$224,000.

What you will do

• Design, architect, and implement complex Dynamics 365 extensions, customizations, and integrations.
• Build scalable solutions using X++, C#, JavaScript, Azure services, Power Platform, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and APIs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables with functional consultants.
• Set development standards and oversee code reviews, deployments, documentation, security, and maintainability.
• Partner with project managers, solution architects, and functional leads to align technical execution with project goals.
• Mentor and supervise consultants, support performance development, and contribute to client proposals and business development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing Dynamics 365 solutions, including complex functionality extensions.
• Advanced proficiency with Dynamics 365 customization, X++, C#, JavaScript, Azure services, Power Platform, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API integrations.
• Experience leading and supervising teams, including coaching, performance reviews, work oversight, and cross-team coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio and Access are secondary.
• Ability to work in the hybrid model from an approved U.S. hirify.global location and travel to client sites when required.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert, Power Platform Developer Associate, or Azure Developer Associate certification.
