Senior F&O Supply Chain Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

What you will do

• Review client business processes and re-engineer them to improve operational efficiency.
• Deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management implementation services, including requirements gathering, workflow and application design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and ongoing support.
• Coordinate and lead project teams of consultants, associate consultants, and subcontractors.
• Develop project plans, schedules, deliverables, solution architecture, and client communications.
• Lead strategic discussions with client leadership, manage project risks and issues, and support quality assurance activities.
• Mentor consultants, participate in user group presentations, and support sales pursuits and demonstrations.

Requirements

• Strong product knowledge of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management or Distribution with full lifecycle implementation experience.
• Expertise in at least one area such as distribution, warehouse management, transportation management, supply chain management, project management, integrations and migrations, or ISV solutions, with strong competency in another.
• At least 4 years of consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, information systems, or an equivalent background.
• Strong presentation, written and oral communication, organization, quality focus, and client relationship skills.
• Core product or technology Master certification, or equivalent experience, plus two additional individual certifications.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical supplies, electronics, chemicals, or other distribution-related industries.
• Experience with products outside the primary specialty area.
• Accounting experience.
• Professional experience with Microsoft Office.
