Software Engineer, AI Solutions

What you will do

• Design, build, and implement advanced Conversational AI solutions for customers and partners.
• Drive complex post-sales consulting and implementation projects from pilot or proof of concept through full enterprise deployment.
• Develop scalable, high-performance technical solutions and contribute to architectural best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business development and product strategy.
• Deliver technical training, workshops, best practices, and precise technical documentation.
• Resolve complex technical issues and support high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Experience with Cognigy or an equivalent Conversational AI platform.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Python, including backend integrations, server-side applications, and data manipulation.
• Experience with HTML and CSS for front-end design.
• Ability to resolve complex technical challenges and align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
