What you will do

• Build and deliver applied Generative AI capabilities within the hirify.global Evo geoscience data platform.
• Turn AI prototypes into deployed, scalable, and operational product features on cloud infrastructure.
• Develop evaluation systems to improve prompts, context strategies, agent workflows, and product performance.
• Design observability for production AI systems, including logging, tracing, and metrics.
• Contribute as an AI/ML subject-matter expert and guide secure, consent-based, and ethical customer-data processing.
• Collaborate with global teams and support future AI initiatives and leadership responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of software engineering or DevOps experience.
• 1+ years of experience building and operating production-level Generative AI products.
• Commercial software development experience with Python, cloud platforms, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying Generative AI applications with evaluation and observability systems.
• Production-first mindset, strong collaboration skills, and interest in future leadership and strategic responsibilities.
