Treasury Analytics Lead (AI)

Location: United States (Remote)

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Build and improve short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasts and integrate them into corporate budgeting and capital planning models.
• Define the core treasury dataset covering cash positions, balance sheet, counterparties, and market data, together with its sourcing, ownership, quality, and integration strategy.
• Develop ALM, cash and capital utilization, interest rate risk, FX risk, stress testing, and balance sheet scenario models.
• Enhance treasury reporting for cash, liquidity, funding, and counterparty exposure.
• Strengthen treasury controls, documentation, operational processes, and reconciliation automation.
• Support capital adequacy and liquidity management while partnering with finance, accounting, legal, risk, and compliance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in corporate treasury, liquidity management, or a related analytical field.
• Previous experience at a large bank or major fintech.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, cash management structures, forecasting, ALM, treasury models, and banking products.
• Experience building or scaling treasury or finance data infrastructure.
• Experience prompting and using AI for operational efficiency and the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, or CA.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
