Account Manager – Staffing

What you will do

• Build and expand relationships with existing and prospective staffing customers.
• Develop targeted accounts, organizational charts, and new partnership opportunities.
• Present value propositions to senior executives and management contacts, including through office visits and negotiations.
• Use market analysis, client research, promotions, and strategic prospecting to identify revenue opportunities.
• Maintain customer information, track vendor agreements, and complete accurate invoicing data.
• Identify contractors at client locations and refer them to recruiting for lead generation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience in the staffing industry.
• Proven ability to build lasting customer relationships and exceed individual goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, customer service, closing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, performance-oriented environment.
• Strong work ethic, commitment, honesty, and integrity.
