What you will do

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, revenue growth, customer loyalty, and service delivery.
• Acquire and grow consumer and business banking relationships through consultative selling, community involvement, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Coach employees to provide technology-enabled, omnichannel customer interactions and effective problem resolution.
• Attract, onboard, retain, and develop branch talent through ongoing coaching and performance management.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, compliance, and sales-practice risks.

Requirements

• Typically 3 or more years of related experience or product knowledge; a degree is not required.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, customer experience, and client counseling.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, make sound decisions, and achieve results.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Successful candidates must complete additional background checks required by applicable banking regulations.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
