Operations Support (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Design and improve cross-departmental collaboration processes, including requirement alignment, resource allocation, and project advancement.
• Develop SOP documents, contingency plans, business monitoring dashboards, and anomaly early-warning mechanisms.
• Support ad-hoc business needs such as event planning and customer research while coordinating human and technical resources.
• Lead key projects through their full lifecycle, monitor implementation risks, and optimize resource allocation.
• Drive process and system improvements, including approval workflow automation and data interface development.
• Analyze resource investment returns, optimize budgets and asset utilization, and manage supplier performance and partnership risks.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in business operations, process improvement, project coordination, or supply chain support.
• Ability to develop standardized procedures, monitor operational data, and identify process bottlenecks.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional resources and manage projects through completion.
• Capability to collaborate with finance, supply chain, and other business departments.
• Ability to evaluate suppliers and control service-provider and partnership risks.
