Location: New York, United States

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 annual base salary, plus discretionary bonuses and potential equity or other incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Support the Executive Office, including the President & Chief Operating Officer and Chief Administrative Officer, on firm-wide initiatives.
• Draft relationship briefs, presentations, memorandums, written commentary, and financial schedules for senior management and public shareholder communications.
• Manage key client relationships and support the development and execution of client pitches.
• Aggregate fund performance, sales metrics, capital raised data, and quarterly reports.
• Support bank relationship management and capital markets activity.
• Track competitors and industry data, prepare comparative analyses, and communicate complex financial concepts.

Requirements

• Completed bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of financial services experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding SEC filings and financial statements.
• Strong writing, reading, communication, organization, attention to detail, and interest in financial markets and current events.
• Two-year commitment to the program and work location in New York.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce and Tableau.
