Senior Investment Reporting Analyst (Private Equity)

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually

What you will do

• Analyze financial statements of private equity partnerships, including valuations, cash flows, investment performance, and portfolio activity.
• Prepare and review client reports, presentations, and other reporting deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and timely completion.
• Own key parts of the quarterly performance reporting process, including updating, validating, and reconciling portfolio data.
• Perform ad hoc reporting, analysis, and research for internal and external stakeholders.
• Investigate data integrity exceptions, identify root causes, and coordinate solutions across relevant teams.
• Improve reporting efficiency, scalability, controls, procedures, and documentation in collaboration with Investment, Marketing, Operations, Fund Accounting, and Client Services teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in private equity reporting, investment management, fund accounting, operations, audit, consulting, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, business economics, or a related field, with strong academic achievement.
• Strong understanding of investments, financial markets, and private equity concepts.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, communication, writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
