Finishing Operator 3/Quality Control

Location: Broomfield, Colorado, United States; onsite manufacturing environment

Salary: $18.89–$31.49 USD per hour, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Operate manufacturing machinery and inspect production output.
• Repair product defects and measure product quality against the Quality Verification Manual.
• Manage inspection machine flow, interpret machine and product parameters, and verify products for Final Audit.
• Move materials between resources and maintain steady product flow across the production floor.
• Partner with Quality Control and Operations Leadership while reporting to the Final Manufacturing Supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least one year of related manufacturing or quality control experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, data analysis, quality measuring tools, and blueprint interpretation.
• Ability to remain stationary for approximately 85% of the workday while performing extended sitting, standing, typing, and close-range observation.
• Ability to use manual dexterity and coordination, communicate accurately, and occasionally move or position objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Applicants may need to qualify as U.S. persons for roles involving ITAR- or EAR-controlled goods and technologies.
