Sr. Infrastructure Capacity Program Manager, NPI

Location: New York, NY; Sunnyvale, CA; or Bellevue, WA

Salary: $157,000–$210,000 per year, plus potential bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Track infrastructure hardware NPI roadmaps and transition schedules across power, cooling, networking, and data center capacity.
• Determine ordering cut-over points by balancing lead times, end-of-life risk, and deployment schedules.
• Define and communicate infrastructure scope and Bill of Materials requirements to Capacity, Supply Chain, Construction, and Execution teams.
• Manage infrastructure readiness workstreams, milestones, risks, and action items across concurrent NPI programs.
• Translate new GPU, CPU, power, cooling, and networking designs into scalable data center requirements and site design changes.
• Coordinate with hardware NPI teams, OEMs, engineering, Supply Chain, and Construction on procurement, site plans, and CapEx/OpEx planning.

Requirements

• Must work from one of the listed U.S. locations and meet applicable U.S. export-control access requirements.
• Typically 5+ years of experience in data center infrastructure planning, hardware NPI, or a related engineering or program role in large-scale data center or cloud environments.
• Technical understanding of GPUs, CPUs, data center power, cooling, networking, and Coolant Distribution Units.
• Strong program and project management skills, including milestone tracking, risk management, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience translating product requirements into infrastructure, facility, or site plans and defining BOM handoffs.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is accepted.

Nice to have

• Cloud hardware or data center infrastructure program experience spanning compute, power, cooling, and networking.
• PMP certification or formal program management training.
• Experience with air-cooled to in-rack or centralized CDU transitions and liquid-cooling architecture.
• Experience with rack-level power and cooling controllers, valves, manifolds, or related hardware programs.
• Familiarity with EOL/EOSL management for infrastructure equipment.
