Deputy Program Manager (Base Operations & Maintenance)

Salary: $177,300–$236,300 annually for the Virginia area

What you will do

• Execute the statement of work within budget and schedule while delivering all contract requirements.
• Plan, resource, and oversee multiple programs and projects across base operations and maintenance services.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage subcontractor performance, conduct, and personnel transitions.
• Review financial frameworks, management reserves, expenditures, schedules, and project execution plans.
• Manage operational risks and coordinate cross-functional responses to government requirements.
• Maintain communication with government customers, contracting representatives, facilities leadership, and senior stakeholders while enforcing contractual and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Current TS/SCI clearance with current polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of management- or project-level experience, with the specified additional engineering or business experience where applicable.
• At least 7 years of relevant program management and Intelligence Community experience managing a 150+ person multidisciplinary workforce.
• At least 7 years of experience in 24x7 mission-critical facilities construction, operations, maintenance, and support environments.
• Strong technical, programmatic, communication, and personal leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

Nice to have

• PMP, CFM, PE, FAC-P/PM Mid-Level, or DAWIA Level 2 Program Management certification.
• Experience building integrated teams, developing business strategies, and creating long-range business plans.
• Experience developing execution plans, schedules, budgets, and large-scale facilities or logistics projects.
• Knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma or ISO 9000 process improvement models.
• Experience supporting federal or Intelligence Community exercises, crisis management, and special events.
