Quality & Compliance Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Review customs entries, shipment documentation, and automated processing results for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify tariff classifications and apply missing codes using approved databases, tariff resources, SOPs, and government websites.
• Correct entry discrepancies and resolve ABI errors and Census warnings to support acceptance by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
• Ensure shipments subject to Other Government Agency requirements comply with applicable regulations, customer requirements, and company policies.
• Collect compliance documentation, contact customers about missing information, and provide customer service and training.
• Identify process improvements, AI enhancements, invoice updates, and coaching opportunities based on entry errors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years of business or customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work independently and collaboratively.
• Availability for the stated Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM EST schedule.
