Regulatory Compliance Specialist I

Pay range: $25–$28

Provides information technology and workforce solutions through a large professional services network operating across the United States and Canada.

What you will do

• Communicate with customers throughout the property damage claims process.
• Consult with field staff to support timely claim investigations.
• Settle approved claims and assist with claims paperwork.
• Analyze Public Utility Commission informal complaints and prepare responses.
• Identify opportunities to improve consistent application of PUC regulations and Pennsylvania state statutes.
• Build effective working relationships with PUC investigators.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external clients.
• This is an office/home-based professional and administrative role with no driving or field work.
