Regional Property Manager (Student Housing)

Location: Remote within the United States, based in or near San Antonio, TX and Austin, TX; candidates near major hubs such as San Marcos, TX may be considered. Requires travel to assigned properties and on-site visits as needed.

What you will do

• Manage operations for a portfolio of student housing properties and execute strategic objectives set by regional leadership.
• Lead staffing, recruitment, training, coaching, employee engagement, and performance management across property teams.
• Inspect properties, oversee safety, maintenance, capital improvements, risk management, move-in and move-out processes, and emergency response.
• Review occupancy, delinquency, budgets, expenses, capital requests, contracts, payables, and financial variance reports.
• Develop leasing, marketing, pricing, renewal, and revenue strategies using market and portfolio performance data.
• Resolve escalated resident concerns and maintain customer experience, brand, and operational standards.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of property management experience with direct supervisory responsibility; multi-site management experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Must be based near a major hub such as San Marcos, Texas, and able to travel to assigned properties.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
