Associate Director, Cost Management (Data Centers)

What you will do

• Lead the data centre team as a key account manager and develop trusted client relationships.
• Develop new business and secure repeat projects with existing clients.
• Oversee strategic client projects and deliver cost management outcomes within contract performance measures.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and contract terms with clients and contractors.
• Mentor employees, support their growth, and lead the team toward high-quality client delivery.
• Contribute to business strategy and the continued development of the business.

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction experience, including cost management experience in the data centre sector.
• Experience with pre- and post-contract cost management within data centres.
• Strong operational management experience in a dynamic environment.
• Degree or comparable experience in cost management or quantity surveying.
• Chartered status; RICS membership is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence leading client meetings.
