Casualty Head (Insurance)

Location: Mexico City; primarily in-office

What you will do

• Lead the marketing, underwriting, and servicing of casualty products, including general liability, construction liability, environmental insurance, and CPI.
• Build and maintain strategic broker relationships.
• Monitor renewal portfolio retention, rate changes, and exposure changes.
• Develop new business and cross-sell opportunities across hirify.global divisions.
• Analyze P&L and portfolio performance periodically.
• Support product development, international collaboration, and team development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of strong casualty underwriting experience.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational, marketing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English required.
• Engineering, business, or legal degree preferred.
• Primarily in-office collaboration is expected.
