Sr Managing Director (Wealth Management)

Location: Newport Beach, California, United States

Salary: $236,555–$414,115 USD per year, plus a discretionary bonus that may include equity.

What you will do

• Lead the Orange County wealth management business and oversee overall market performance, profitability, and client outcomes.
• Direct a team of wealth management advisors and provide matrix management for employees in related practice areas.
• Set and execute strategic plans with regional and business-unit leadership.
• Lead, mentor, coach, recruit, and retain employees while fostering collaboration, inclusion, accountability, and professional development.
• Manage client relationships, retention, complex client needs, expense budgets, and business development activities.
• Represent the hirify.global brand in the community and contribute to West Region leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in wealth management.
• Deep knowledge of trust, banking, investment management, and wealth advisory services.
• Experience managing a business P&L and delivering strong client experiences.
• Demonstrated success in business development, market growth, change management, recruiting, and talent development.
• Strong strategic, organizational, relationship-building, influencing, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
